Domain & Email Services

Domain & Email Management

Your domain is your address on the internet. Here is how to manage it, and who to call when you need help.

The Basics

Understanding Your Services

Your domain, your hosting, and your support are three separate things. They work together, but they are not the same bill.

Part / 01

Domain: Your Address

Your domain (yourcompany.com) is your permanent address on the internet. Once it is parked in your domain account with us, it never needs to move again. Think of it as the garage your domain lives in.

Part / 02

Hosting: Your Website

Hosting is the monthly fee that keeps your website live. That is where SpeedMobi comes in. Your website, your updates, and our marketing support all run through your monthly plan.

Part / 03

Domain Fee: Annual

Your domain renewal bills once a year, typically around $20. It is separate from your monthly plan. The card on file in your domain account handles it automatically.

Important Things to Know

Don't Lose Your Domain

We have seen it happen too many times. A credit card expires, the renewal email lands in spam, and a domain someone held for 20 years is gone.

Make sure the email and phone number on file in your domain account are current. That is how you get notified before your domain expires.

We never have access to your email, so we can't see if you got the renewal notice. But if something goes wrong, we can help you work to recover the domain.

Your Domain Is Safe Here

Once your domain is in your account with us, you never have to move it. It is yours, securely parked, pointing wherever you need it to go.

We have helped plenty of clients recover domains that other providers held hostage. That does not happen here. You own your domain, period.

About Your Email

We do not control or have access to your email. We never have. Your email is completely separate and private. The domain system's 24/7 support can help you set up or troubleshoot email through your domain account.

Keep Your Login Info Safe

Your domain login, customer number, and PIN matter. Store them somewhere safe. Phone support will ask for your customer number and PIN to verify your account.
