Your domain (like yourcompany.com) is your permanent address on the internet. Once it's parked in your domain account with us, it never needs to move again. Think of it as a garage where your domain lives safely.

Hosting = Your Website

Hosting is the monthly fee you pay for your website to be live and accessible. This is where SpeedMobi comes in—your website, updates, and our marketing support are all part of your hosting package.

Domain Fee = Annual

Your domain renewal is billed once per year—typically around $20. This is separate from your monthly hosting. The card on file in your domain account handles this automatically.

Important Things to Know

⚠️ Don't Lose Your Domain

We've seen it happen too many times: a credit card expires, the renewal email goes to spam, and suddenly a domain someone's had for 20 years is gone.

Make sure the email and phone number on file in your domain account are current. That's how you'll get notified before your domain expires.

We never have access to your email—we can't see if you got the renewal notice. But we can help you recover a domain if something goes wrong.

🛡️ Your Domain is Safe With Us

Once your domain is in your account with us, you never have to move it. It's yours, securely parked, pointing wherever you need it to go.

We've actually helped many clients recover domains that were held hostage by other providers. That won't happen here— you own your domain, period.

📧 About Your Email

We don't control or have access to your email—we never have. Your email is completely separate and private. The domain system's 24/7 support can help you set up or troubleshoot email through your domain account.

🔑 Keep Your Login Info Safe

Your domain login, customer number, and PIN are important. Store them somewhere safe. If you ever need phone support for your domain, you'll need your customer number and PIN to verify your account.
