HOW TO BOOK

Pick the time first, then fill the form

First, set the time zone(under the calendar) to the prospect's time zone. It defaults to yours. Pick the date and time they agreed to. Then pick your name in Lead Generator, confirm their email and cell, and ask the 6 questions below. The form is all dropdowns, so you can click while they talk.

01 Time They said yes?
02 Your name Lead Generator
03 Email Spelled back?
04 Cell # OK to text?

The 6 questions

Ask these after they say yes to a time. Keep it quick.

  1. "How many trucks or techs do you have out right now?" Small shop or a real operation.
  2. "When you're out on jobs, who's picking up the phone?" Owner, office, answering service, voicemail. Shows where the leaks are.
  3. "Where are most of your calls coming from right now? Google, referrals, Angi or HomeAdvisor, or something else?" Pick all that apply.
  4. "Roughly what do you spend a month on ads or leads?" A range is fine. "Won't say" is an answer too.
  5. "If you could fix one thing, would it be missed calls, slow follow-up, estimates that don't close, or getting more leads?" This hands the rep their opening line.
  6. "Is it just you making the call on this, or is there a partner who should be on the meeting too?" If a partner should be there, put their name in Notes.
ADVERTISER LEAD SpeedMobi Rep Call: Advertisers

CLOSING LINE / AFTER BOOKING

"Perfect, you're all set. You'll get a text and an email with the time. Our rep is going to show you where the leaks usually are and what fixing them looks like. 20 minutes, and you'll get something useful out of it either way."

Opener

"Hey, is this [name]? This is [your name] with SpeedMobi. Quick one: I noticed you guys are running [tool from LeadSource] on your site, so you're clearly investing in getting the phone to ring. Most contractors we talk to are losing a real chunk of those calls and leads before they ever book. Do you have a good handle on how many calls you miss or never get back to?"

The ask

"Sounds like there's money on the table. I'm not the right person to map it out, but one of our growth guys can show you in 20 minutes where the leaks usually are and what fixing them looks like. Does Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2 work better?"

Objections
"We already have an agency." "Perfect, we're not replacing them. We make sure the leads they send you actually book."
"Not interested." "Totally fair. Just curious, do you know how many calls you missed last month?"
"Send me info." "Happy to. So it's not generic, what's the biggest headache right now: missed calls or follow-up?" Then go back to the ask.
"Too busy." "That's exactly why we should talk. 20 minutes, and you'll walk away with something useful either way."
