Absolutely. We create a detailed digital mockup showing exactly how your sign will look before you pay anything. You can request unlimited revisions until you're completely happy. We don't start production until you say "perfect."
What's covered under the warranty?
Our 2-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects, electrical issues, or premature burnout under normal use. If your sign stops working within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Damage from drops, impacts, or improper installation isn't covered, but we're always happy to help with repairs at a fair price.
