Questions Before Entering
How long does the experience last?
The full Nightmare Manor experience takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on how quickly you move through each room. Some guests... take longer than others.
Can I bring my children?
We recommend Nightmare Manor for ages 13 and up only. Children under 13 are not permitted. This is an intense, adult-oriented horror experience that includes physical contact from actors, extreme scares, and mature themes.
Will actors touch me?
Yes. Nightmare Manor is a full-contact haunted experience. Actors may grab, separate groups, and guide you through scenes. If you need a no-touch experience, please let us know at the entrance and wear a glow necklace.
What if I need to leave early?
If at any point you need to exit, simply raise both hands and yell "MERCY!" A staff member will escort you to the nearest exit. No refunds are provided for early exits, but your safety is our priority.
Are there strobe lights or fog?
Yes, Nightmare Manor uses strobe lighting, theatrical fog, sudden loud noises, and low-light conditions throughout the experience. Those with epilepsy, respiratory conditions, or sensitivity to these effects should consider this before entering.
