After 15 years in fine dining, our founder Chef Marcus had an idea: what if fast food was made with restaurant-quality ingredients and techniques? No shortcuts. No freezers. Just damn good burgers.
Today, we hand-grind our beef daily, cut fries fresh every morning, and make our shakes with real Ohio ice cream. It takes a little longer, but you can taste the difference.
