What your team is working on
Your questionnaire and voice interview are in. Work has already begun.
Website build
Our team is using your questionnaire answers and voice interview transcript to build a website that sounds like you. Copy that speaks to your customers the way you do.
Local search setup
If your level includes local search, we're setting up your reports, identifying target keywords, submitting to major data aggregators, and cleaning up your online footprint.
Action items to complete
A few quick tasks to keep the launch on schedule.
Domain name and DNS access
Required to put your site live
We need access to your domain's DNS settings to point your website to our servers. Two options:
Option A: Give us login access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, and so on) and we handle everything.
Option B: Have someone on your team add 3 DNS records when we send them. We provide exact instructions.
Not sure where your domain is registered? We'll help you figure it out on your onboarding call.
Google Business Profile access
Add us as a manager
To manage your Google Business Profile and build your local presence, add us as a manager.
Add this email as a manager:

- 02 Select your business
- 03 Click "Users" in the left menu
- 04 Click the "+" button to add a user
- 05 Enter bullseyelocal@gmail.com

AI phone system questionnaire
If your level includes the AI receptionist or CRM
If your level includes the AI receptionist or CRM, we need a bit more information to configure it for your business. The questionnaire covers your hours, how you want calls handled, and the questions customers ask most.
After completing it, schedule a call with our CRM specialist to get everything set up.
Schedule CRM setup call
Get help configuring your phone system
Once the AI questionnaire is done, schedule a call with our CRM specialist. They'll walk you through your phone system setup, show you how to use the CRM, and answer any questions.
Your path to going live
Here's what happens between now and launch.
Complete your action items
Finish the tasks above. Domain access, Google Business Profile, and any applicable questionnaires.
Receive your preview link
We send you a preview link to review your new website. Take your time. Check the copy, the images, the overall feel.
Approve to go live
Once you're happy with the preview, give us the green light. We send the 3 DNS records to add, or add them ourselves if you gave us access.
Your site goes live
Once the DNS records are in place, we publish. DNS typically takes 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate.
